Top notch customer service. I ordered a radiator for my 8n and didn’t notice the shipping damage (cracks in filling neck) till it was installed. Called the store and within 2 minutes they are shipping out a replacement. Todd was very nice and easy to deal with. I will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending business.

I just want to say as a business owner small business owner it is hard to find certain things sometimes and by God when I needed a bolt for a starter cuz sometimes we do drop them yes we do, this place gave it to me for free didn't even think twice like I said I do appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart been dealing with this eight to 10 to starter within without certain bolt holes threaded wrong from the factory had to pull my machinist out of me rethread them and then find this random bolt and by God these guys had it Great job gentlemen thank you very much I will and I get a lot of people looking but I will definitely recommend.

Very poor experience! Placed an order for an item that showed, and still shows 11 in stock on their website. After 2 days, I get an email that states order canceled at my request. I made no such request. Obviously, they don't actually have what they advertise and are dishonest/incompetent. Thanks for wasting my time and delaying my project. No quality to be found here....suggest buying anywhere but this joke of a business.

I purchased 4 agricultural rims in November 2024,I wasn’t able to get the new tires on and wagon painted until 10/2025, at that time I noticed the center hub was welded in one rim crooked(3/4 of an inch off).I called quality farm supply and explained the situation and ordered a replacement rim.I had the rim for 10 months ,I wasn’t looking for a free replacement,BUT I wouldn’t expect to be charged $30.00 more to replace a rim that was defected.I asked the parts guy if I could talk to a manager,he refused,and told me the price would still be 30 dollars more no matter who I talked to. I purchased the new rim and sent a email to the manager JAKE BEST along with a video and some pictures of the rim with a tape measure showing the crooked weld job.After waiting a week I sent a second email to Jake,he missed my first email while being on vacation,,,I waited two more weeks,,,still no reply.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.,GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND

I ordered a pulley and prior to ordering i called them and verified that they had this item in stock. I spoke with one of their employees and they verified that there are 12 in stock and i should be good to go to order what i needed. i order the part. A week passes and no updates or notification that the part has been shipped. I call to get a status on the order and they end up saying they'll have a manager look into it and email me. next thing i know i get an email letting me know that their system messed up and they don't even stock the item and that they're canceling my order. Thanks for letting me sit here for a week waiting only to cancel the order. This part was for a customers mower deck that is waiting for it to be repaired. Very disappointed and will never purchase from these people again!!! Beware!!!!
